These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.trendzylook.com/ (“Website” or “Platform”), operated by Wama Technology Private Limited, having its business address at 1207, Gold Crest Business Center, LT Road, Borivali West, Mumbai – 400092, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing credits or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Trendzy Look
Trendzy Look is a technology platform that provides AI-powered image generation and related digital services. Users may upload images, provide instructions or other inputs and use available credits to generate digital outputs through the Platform.
The services provided through Trendzy Look are digital in nature and do not involve shipment or delivery of physical products.
2. User Accounts
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- be responsible for activities performed through your account; and
- notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account using the account deletion functionality available on the Platform.
3. Credits and Services
Trendzy Look may offer credits or service packages that can be purchased through the Platform.
The applicable price, number of credits and/or services included in a package will be displayed before purchase.
Credits are digital usage units that may be consumed when you use eligible AI generation or other Platform features.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, credits:
- have no monetary or cash value;
- cannot be transferred between users;
- cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments
Payments for credits or services may be processed through third-party payment gateways and authorized payment service providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
We do not store complete credit card, debit card, UPI PIN or other sensitive payment authentication credentials. Payment transactions are processed by the applicable payment gateway or financial institution according to their respective terms and security standards.
A transaction will be considered successful only after we receive confirmation of successful payment from the payment service provider.

5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices applicable to services or credit packages will be displayed on the Platform before payment.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged in accordance with Indian law and displayed as applicable during the purchase process.
We may revise our pricing, credit packages or service offerings from time to time. Any revised pricing will apply to future purchases and will not retrospectively change completed purchases.
6. AI-Generated Content
Trendzy Look uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate or modify images and other digital content.
AI-generated outputs may vary based on the image, prompt, instructions and other inputs provided by the user.
While we strive to provide high-quality results, AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature. We therefore do not guarantee that every generated output will exactly match a user's expectations, specifications or intended purpose.
Users should review generated content before using it commercially or publicly.
7. User Content
You retain your rights in images and other content that you upload to the Platform, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the requested service.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have sufficient rights or authorization to use it;
- its use does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights; and
- you have permission to upload images containing identifiable persons where such permission is legally required.
You grant us a limited right to process uploaded content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the requested Platform services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use Trendzy Look to:
- violate any applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
- generate or distribute unlawful content; or
- use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activities.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the Platform is being misused or these Terms have been violated.
9. Intellectual Property
The Trendzy Look Platform, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, underlying technology and other proprietary components, is owned by or licensed to Wama Technology Private Limited.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our Platform or intellectual property to you.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases made through Trendzy Look are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available at:

Because our services are digital and credits may be consumed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility depends on whether the purchased credits/services have been used.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may use third-party service providers including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence services, analytics services and payment processors.
Your interaction with third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
12. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wama Technology Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
